Returns/Refunds Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 2 days of delivery for a refund/ exchange. No returns on open products unless the item is proven to be "dead on arrival". You will need to come into store for refund and verification. Customers who do not test a disposable at the exact time of delivery waive their right to exchange. Drivers are not agents of Cloud City Vapes and are not responsible for refunds/exchanges.
