How to use Loyalzoo

Tip for website orders: use the same email or phone number at checkout that’s on your Loyalzoo profile, and your points land automatically — no need to log in to Loyalzoo before ordering.

1. Join with your phone OR your email: enter just one in the form above — don’t try to put both in the same field. Phone is fastest for checking in at the store. Then add the other one in your Loyalzoo profile so our staff can find you either way, and so website orders match your account.
2. Get the Loyalzoo app: download it for iPhone or Android and sign in with the same phone or email so you can check in right from your phone.
3. Check in at the store: scan the Cloud City Rewards QR code at the register, or check in on your phone in the Loyalzoo app before you get to the register — then just tell the cashier your name or show your in-app QR code.
4. Earn Cloud Points: get 1 Cloud Point for every $5 you spend before tax, in store and on website orders. Online, use the same email or phone you joined with so the points land in your account.
5. Check your balance: anytime on this page, in the Loyalzoo app, or in your points email/SMS updates.
6. Redeem rewards: in store, just ask our staff at the register. For website redemptions, we’ll email you a coupon code to use at checkout.
7. No phone with you? No problem — staff can look you up by your name, email, or phone number.
