How returns work
Cloud City Vapes, based at 812 S Baldwin Ave, Marion, Indiana, offers same-day local delivery. Orders are paid when the driver arrives.
Call us the same day if something is wrong with your order: 765-573-4460.
We will replace or refund
- An item that arrived damaged
- The wrong item
- An item that does not work when you first open it
Bring it back to the shop, or hand it to the driver on a later stop, with your receipt or order number.
We cannot take back
- Opened e-liquid, pods, disposables, or other nicotine products
- Opened hemp or other consumable products
- An item you changed your mind about after the seal was broken
Unopened items can be exchanged in the shop if you still have the receipt. Sale and clearance items are refunded at the price you paid. The delivery fee is not refunded once the stop is done, unless the problem was ours.
