Who we are
Cloud City Vapes, at 812 S Baldwin Ave, Marion, Indiana 46953, runs vapeinclouds.com. Phone 765-573-4460. Email admin@vapeinclouds.com.
What we collect
When you create an account, place an order, or contact us, we collect what you type in: your name, email, phone number, and delivery address. If you pay online, the card details go to the payment company, not into our page text.
How we use it
- To fill your same-day delivery order and send order updates
- To answer a question you sent us
- To run the website, including the age check
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that run the shop, such as the website host and the delivery driver who needs the address.
Cookies
The site uses cookies so the cart, the age check, and a signed-in account keep working. You can turn cookies off in your browser. Parts of checkout will not work without them.
How long we keep it
Order records stay as long as we need them for the sale, returns, and our records. You can ask us to update or delete an account by calling or emailing the shop.
